Online (Web):
1. Sign in to your account.
2. Add the item associated with your reward to your cart (for example, add chips for a free chips reward).
3. At checkout, your available reward will appear on the left — select it and click Apply.
*For Coupon codes: Follow the same steps, but instead of selecting a reward, look for “Have a promo code?” on the right side of checkout, enter your code, and click Apply.

In the App:
1. Sign in to your account.
2. Add the item associated with your reward or coupon to your cart.
3. Tap Review Basket.
4. You’ll see “Rewards” and “Have a coupon code?” at the top — select the option that applies to you.
5. Apply your reward or enter your coupon code, then tap Apply.

To spend your hearts, sign in to your account online or on the app and navigate to the HEARTS Shop. Choose the reward you’d like to exchange your hearts for and confirm your choice. It will now be in your rewards account and ready to use on an order.

Yes! We will send you friendly reminders 1 month, 2 weeks, 1 week, 2 days, and day of to give you plenty of opportunities to utilize your hearts.

You are automatically welcomed into the Friend Zone when you join Ike’s Love. From there, you will need to earn a certain number of hearts to level up your relationship. Please refer to our chart for the breakdown. Once you reach a status, you will maintain that relationship for 1 full year. As long as you keep connecting with us the following year, you will either remain in your same relationship or level up. We will track hearts for the year – once you earn enough hearts through one Status, the value of hearts increases.
